Our aim is to get your client’s vehicle back on the road, as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible. There’s no ducking and weaving with small print. We work closely with insured party and the repairer to ensure a swift and cost-effective outcome, and that repairs are completed to the satisfaction of all parties. We aggressively defend the insured party when they are not at-fault, and conversely, seek recovery against at-fault parties.

Whereas other insurers often nominate the repairer and/or insist on supplying parts, which can slow the process down, Trucksure doesn’t dictate the repair process. Our independent qualified assessors quickly assess the damaged vehicle and/or trailer, arrange quotes, liaise with all parties and supervise the repair process to ensure a fair outcome for all parties. All quotes and invoices are provided for inspection before any repairs are authorised and clients are encouraged to obtain independent quotes.
